Educational therapy to children with learning disabilities program

The PCC works with children in the 7-12 age groups with learning disabilities. Educational tools that respond to the needs of children with learning disabilities are developed, and individual work plans are prepared for children based on their needs. Work is conducted with children in small groups aimed at improving children’s mathematical skills, as well as their ability to read and write in Arabic. The PCC uses a dynamic approach called Response to Intervention, which includes service provision through therapeutic intervention on individual and group levels, capacity building of teachers and improvement of teaching methodologies within the classroom, and advocacy at the MOE level.
