The Administration Department plays a central role in the institutional and staff development of the center. The department ensures the availability of high caliber financial and administrative staff to organize policies and procedures that guide the PCC's planning process, budgets, monitoring and evaluation of the organization.

It also provides training programs that meet the needs and requirements of staff, and provides them the space for creative thinking, decision making, internal evaluation and collective planning.

In addition, the department is responsible for the existence and development of internal policies and procedures, promoting and empowering the role of the General Assembly and board of directors, and availability of upgraded personnel procedures.
